My Story and Background…
Where It All Began
I have been an entrepreneur and an executive since 1987. I have owned two computer consulting firms, an executive virtual assistant firm and now Monroe Virtual Services. My degrees are in Management Information Systems and Accounting with minors in Constitutional Law and Marketing.
I began my trek into high-level virtual assistance in 1997 and was one of the founders of the profession. My firm—Monroe Virtual Services—is now in the top 2% and I have clients all over the world. I have worked a great deal in the legal and financial arenas as well as IT. As an Executive Virtual Assistant, I am a professional problem solver. Located in the beautiful Sierra foothills, MVS handles virtually any area from administrative work to programming—from web design to scheduling—diplomacy to probate— we pretty much do it all.
I have authored one book and I am working on a second, penned many columns and I was a technical writer for some years. I have also worked with numerous political organizations and candidates during my career.
